Over the years, she has advised entrepreneurs, start-ups, established businesses, and multinational organizations on a wide range of corporate and intellectual property matters. Her areas of expertise include trademark registration and enforcement, copyright protection, intellectual property disputes, commercial contracts, and corporate documentation.

Ms. Harinder Narvan is a registered Patent Agent, scientist, and intellectual property professional with extensive experience in patent consulting and innovation management. A recipient of the Government of India's Women Scientist Scholarship, she has built a distinguished career advising innovators, research institutions, start-ups, and businesses on protecting and commercializing their technological advancements. Her name has been included in the Department of Science and Technology (DST) booklet documenting 100 success stories from the Women Scientists Scheme.

Her practice focuses on patent drafting, prosecution, portfolio management, patentability assessments, freedom to operate analyses, and international patent filing strategies.
